Orders sent to Spain and Portugal over 50 € are free. For lower-value orders and for other countries, shipping has a cost that will appear in the shopping cart when you enter the delivery address..


If you place your order from Monday to Friday until 5:00 p.m. and select Paypal, credit card or Bizum as the payment method, we will send your package the same day with our shipping partner Correos Express.

All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day..

Orders paid by bank transfer or bank cashier will be sent as soon as the money is reflected in our account.

Deliveries will take place from Monday to Friday.

A maximum of two delivery attempts may be made. If it is not possible to deliver to the address provided, the package will be taken to a collection point where it will be awaiting collection for a maximum of 7 working days.

When your package leaves our warehouse, we will send an email with the shipment tracking link. Keep in mind that the activation of this tracking link could be delayed until the next day after the order has been confirmed or when Correos Express has scanned the package at its freight center.


If you prefer to collect the merchandise yourself, you can choose the option "Pick up in store" and we will leave the merchandise in one of our Friendly Stores in Huelva capital. We will contact you to give you the exact address of the store.


You will receive all the necessary information about the status of each order by email, starting with the confirmation that we have received your order. After confirming that the information provided is correct, the confirmation of your order will be sent to you.

Below we will inform you about the receipt of payment and of course also the departure of your order. In the shipping confirmation you will also find a link to see the tracking of your package. We accompany you from start to finish with your order as well as if you want to make a return and the process to carry it out. 

Sometimes our emails with your order information are saved in your spam or spam folder, if that happens, nothing happens, just send us an email to and we will send you the confirmation of the order.


There's no minimum order. 


You will find the link to track the order in the shipping confirmation that will be sent to you by email as well as in the information with the status of your order in "My Account" -> Orders.


In the case of shipments to non-EU countries, there are extra taxes and additional expenses (such as customs costs) that are not added or charged by us and, therefore, do not appear on the invoice reflected.
