You have the right to reject the purchase of a product. To do this, you must contact us by email: info@punkyshop.com indicating the reason for the return and within a period of no more than fourteen (14) business days from receipt of the product.
The product must be returned in perfect condition (unused, with its labels and possible accessories included), and the product must be sent in its original packaging. Said return will be made in accordance with the instructions that PUNKY Shop indicates to the user in response to their notification of the exercise of withdrawal. The return must be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from when PUNKY Shop indicates the form or method of return.
If the reason for the return is any damage to the product that may have suffered in transport or the item received does not correspond to what was requested, PUNKY Shop will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the reason is any other, unrelated to PUNKY Shop, the customer must bear the return shipping costs.
Once the product has been received in our warehouses, PUNKY Shop will review the merchandise and in case of accepting the return, the amount paid for it will be refunded.
The return of the product will not be accepted when it is not returned in its original packaging and when the product is not in perfect condition.
